Headed up by Jason Lunn (an experienced Event and Venue Director with more than 28 years experience) and Claire Lunn an Event Manager with 10+ years of experience we operate our own exhibitions and events as well as organise events for clients under contract or as joint ventures.

Since 2021 IEM has been providing Venue and Event Management services to South Holland District Council.

Initially engaged in October 2021 to relaunch their local theatre in Spalding (The South Holland Centre), we helped get the venue back on the map for promoters and performers using Jason’s extensive contacts to bring in music and comedy shows as well as film scheduling and visitor marketing.

Now re-established on the theatre circuit Jason has continued to assist operationally including Duty Management, overseeing Box Office operations and staff training.

More recently Jason has been supporting the council’s events programme including crowd management, traffic management, safety and event management for Remembrance Sunday and Christmas concerts and markets.
Springfields Motorcycle Show
A motorcycle show owned by a local exhibition centre and held annually in January.

The event was relaunched by IEM in partnership with the venue and has grown and solidified its status as a leading smaller regional motorcycle show, with new bikes, a large classic display and guests including leading motorcycle racers.

Jason Lunn has a strong background in motorcycle exhibitions have worked on leading events such as the BMF shows and MCN Scotland exhibition and has applied this knowledge and formidable contacts to keep the event relevant, entertaining and profitable.

Consultancy support to The East of Arena & Events Centre
East of England Arena & Events Centre
After the 2012 Olympic Games IEM (Jason Lunn) provided consultancy support to The East of Arena & Events Centre (then known as Peterborough Arena and The East of England Showground).
Initially providing sales and operational support Jason was asked to join the company full time in 2014 and progressed over several years to Venue Director (Managing Director) with a seat on the board and relaunching the business as The East of England Arena & Events Centre while maintaining an involvement with IEM.
The goal for the relaunch was to move the business up in profile and attract more events as well as rebuild the conference business offering 'London levels of Service' for want of a better summary. New menus, new service levels and a greater focus on the client experience as well as investment in the site and buildings. Over the years the venue grew greatly in profile and Jason Lunn was asked to join the AEV (Association of Event Venues) in 2020.
After a string of business successes and with a strong list of clients the venue triumphed over many more high profile large venues to win the 2020 Best Venue over 8000sqm at the EN Awards. A true summary of the journey Jason had taken the venue on.
In 2021 Jason was asked to work on a series of projects and left the venue to concentrate further on work with IEM.

Shropshire Truck Show
Leading regional showcase for the Road Haulage industry.
Shropshire Truck Show
Owned by IEM from 2011 to 2016 this was the leading regional showcase for the Road Haulage industry in the West Midlands and Wales.
Attracting over 10,000 visitors annually the show featured a large industry exhibition with many of the leading vehicle manufacturers and accompanying supplers (tyres, insurance, finance, etc)as well as several hundred trucks on display and entered into best in show competitions.
The show was sponsored by a leading insurer and featured celebrity guests and a stunt show arena for two days in September each year.
After years of steady growth the show was sold to leading publishing company to become part of their larger portfolio.

Donington Historic Festival
Event Management and Sales support to the organisers of the Historic Festival in its early years.
Donington Historic Festival
Provided Event Management and Sales support to the organisers of the Historic Festival in its early years.

This included Paddock Management including CAD planning and marking out. Stewarding of all vehicles within the paddock and sales and management of all trade stands at the show.

In addition hundreds of classic vehicles are parked in the infield areas with classic car club stands at the show with full CAD planning and visitor management and parking.

The show grew annually and has become one of the leading classic motor racing events in the UK.
